We asked our attendees, “Do you have a trick to managing your Hiring Managers?”
Here are their answers:
- Acting with a sense of urgency in all interactions.
- Always be ahead with updates on the status of their job. Avoid a hiring manager coming to you looking for an update.

- Kill them with kindness, so when you ask them for persistent updates, they are less likely to get annoyed.
