We asked our attendees, “What is something that you would recommend someone do that is trying to get into recruiting?”

- attending a job fair with a recruiter
- Expand your network, connect with recruiters
- Go into sales first and then transition into recruiting
- Go work for an agency!
- I would recommend working at a staffing firm. This will give them some great experience on how to cold call, etc.
- Internship.
- Learn the art of servant leadership and make sure that everything you do is adding value to your company/candidates/clients.
