We asked our attendees, “What tip or trick would you recommend recruiters use?”

  • #1 is to be a human and keep that candidate experience first
  • Act like a owner
  • Always follow-up with a quick email recapping verbal conversations
  • Always leverage data
  • ALWAYS network. ALWAYS be real. ALWAYS follow-through with candidates.

  • I have candidates looking if there is safety in our company but there is no 100% safe job
  • I have never lead a team, interested on insights on how to do this successfully
