  • A breakdown in communication is a clear sign of team dysfunction. It can manifest itself in sidebar conversations, low morale
  • Candidates not dispositioned in a timely manner, working 50+ hours a week

  • Follow-Up/Response metrics lag over 5% over 30 days.
  • Following timely steps to ensure data is updated in systems

  • I watch metrics daily to see how we are performing as a team. I think managing metrics help me manage the team.
