Most ATS do serve their purpose of tracking applicant flow. However, what could be added to ATS’s that would make our jobs more efficient.

  • 1. Track and report on our SLAs and 2. Enforce our business process
  • Allow me to review applications for factors/skills/competencies that I can customize.
  • Being a better resource for candidates already in the system, a more automated tool.
